Meetings every few weeks: register here.
These embodied explorations are dedicated to giving you a real, deep encounter with various Stoic topics. Not in theory or in the intellectual abstract, but in an intimate, experienced, personal and imminently relevant way.
Past topics include courage, choice, temperance, goodness, opening to beauty as a doorway to virtue, and more.
In these meetings you are encouraged to slow down, and draw attention inward so we can explore the topic from alertness, depth, and stillness.
Meet and hear from others on a similar path, and witness how a group can explore a topic in a more contemplative manner.
We do brief meditation, followed by contemplative inquiry, and finally have a space for sharing (or questions).
Register for the next meeting here or inquire with Taylor at awakegoodness@gmail.com.

About Taylor
Taylor brings a breadth and depth of contemplative experience to the space. In his 20s he studied formally and informally in multiple Buddhist traditions. He's also studied with two great teachers from yogic, Buddhist, and western esoteric traditions over the last six years. He has experience working with a wide range of states and difficulties, and works 1on1 and in groups with others in this deeper way. He has studied formally and informally a wide range of other modalities, including from western philosophy, Enneagram, movement based practice, somatic and therapeutic techniques learned from leading figures in the field, and brings an intimate connection with Stoicism.
Cost: This is a free program open to all, with a $5 suggested donation.
In this space, all are welcome regardless of ability to pay. If you can easily afford a cup of coffee at Starbucks, I encourage you to contribute $5 for this gathering. These gatherings are cultivating more intentionality, community, and power together, often different than the wish washy way we relate online. If $5 represents a lot of money for you, don't stretch yourself unduly, or have any worry about attending for free. All are welcome.
